Court trials shouldn’t be aired on national television. This is disgusting.
It’s the 6th Amendement. The right to a fair, speedy and PUBLIC trial.
Most cases are recorded, some are aired on TruTV. The only ones that cannot be aired are Federal court cases, like the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping trial.
Well, I understand that. What bothers me more is the media circus that the trail has become. Like I live in Florida and Casey Anthony is the only thing on my news. I can only handle it to a certain extent. It’s just a bit much at times. It has more to due with the way the media acts than the actual trial.
